Wisconsin Snowmobile Trail Pass Requirements

​

All Wisconsin snowmobile riders must have a valid Wisconsin Snowmobile Trail Pass displayed on their sled. This includes both residents and non-residents.

​

Northport Snow Riders is an official member of the Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs (AWSC).
Joining our club makes your Wisconsin Trail Pass significantly less expensive.

How to Purchase a Trail Pass

​

There are two ways to purchase your Wisconsin Snowmobile Trail Pass:

1. Discounted Trail Pass (AWSC Members)

​

If you join Northport Snow Riders, you become an AWSC member and qualify for the discounted pass.

  • Cost: $10 per year

  • Available only through AWSC

  • Requires active club membership

  • Must be purchased with your AWSC member number

2. Full-Price Trail Pass (Non-Members)

​

If you choose not to join a club:

​

  • Cost: $30 per year for residents

  • Cost: $50 per year for non-residents

  • Purchased through the Wisconsin DNR

REMINDERS

Important Trail Pass Notes

​

  • You must display the trail pass on the windshield of your snowmobile

  • The pass is required even if your sled is registered

  • Passes are valid for one season

  • Keep your AWSC member number for discounted renewal each year
